SHIPPING

We offer shipping via USPS and UPS. Shipping fees and options will be calculated based on weight upon check out. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $39. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped out.

Once the item is out of our hands unfortunately it is a matter of the mailing carrier and the customer. We cannot control the speed of delivery times due to the post office and the continuing impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, all mail carriers are experiencing significant package volumes and reduced staffing, which may result in potential transit delays.

RETURN SHIPPING

Please email us prior to returning your order so we may provide you with correct return address. To help in processing your return please include full name, contact information and order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are return shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

***Canada/all orders outside of the US are responsible for Exact shipping cost and ALL duty and taxes. (Duty and taxes are not collected at time of purchase, but by delivering carrier). These fees are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel, Ongoing Creative has no control over these charges. Please contact your local government customs office for more information. For returns, the customer is responsible for ALL customs/brokerage/other fees in regards to the purchase AND the return.
